The MYP Community had another successful year with our annual charity fundraiser. We raised and donated $2,000.00 for food and other support to those in need. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY!
We directed our focus to the same two programs as last year. The first program supports for over three hundred families in the College Point area. The second program is St. Fidelis Street Outreach Ministry, which directly helps the homeless living on the streets of College Point. We provided these programs with clothes & gift cards with the donations that we collected. The directors of both programs are extremely grateful for our interest in helping them. At our next MYP Event, we will let the teens know what a different impact they made on these people during the Christmas holidays.
