The MYP Teen Retreat was held on the weekend of March 22-24, 2013, at St. Josaphat’s Retreat House in Glen Cove, NY. The event was rectored by Cathy Bischoff, Diana Roach & Tom Leavens. The theme of the weekend was, “We are a community of Christ started by the Apostles.” The teens received invitations to look at the lives & ministries of Jesus’s followers, including the Apostles & the important women in His life. Talks were presented by Marilu Capobianco, Diana Roach, Megan McComiskey, Gary McComiskey, Laurie Hallick & Ben Fabrizi. Fr. Daniel Champoli provided us with a beautiful Penance service & celebration of Mass. This was a fantastic experience of community for the MYP program.
