The MYP Team held their annual planning meeting recently. In that meeting, we review the ending season’s events, plan the calendar for our upcoming season, choose a theme & make decisions on several administrative functions. This used to take 2-3 meetings—and now we get everything completed in one!
Diana Roach & I will continue in our roles Administrative Rectors for the 2025-2026 season. Currently, we have over thirty teens on our roster. The MYP hosted seven events for our teens—two events were newly created. We held all of our events at Holy Trinty Church, as we support the service efforts of their Confirmation class.
For our 2025-2026 Season, our hope is to retain many of the teens attending after their Confirmation. We discussed having a Teen Retreat in December, as well as leading a Confirmation Retreat in the Spring. We are targeting nine events for our teens.
Since the MYP Raffle was a success (thank you to our MYP Community for all your support), we have the means to provide new opportunities in our Days. The Team was grateful & hopeful for all the support and accomplishments in our ending season & look forward to more MYP in the new year!
