The MYP hosted our Opening Day event for the 2010-2011 season at St. Mel’s Church on Friday, September 24, 2010. Sixteen teens attended “Welcome Back to Your Faith Day,” rectored by Kerin Kreigsman & Tom Leavens. The event centered around the Parable of the Lost Son, including a “Minute-To-Win-It” icebreaker, a talk (given by PJ Macari, Gary McComiskey & Katy Hurtubise), skits & an ending prayer service. Team members that worked the event included Cathy Bischoff-Weinbaum, PJ Macari, Gary & Jen McComiskey, Megan McComiskey, Katy Hurtubise & Nicole Perkins.
